Today I took Rosa to the office (I had to be there only for an hour or so). It was fun, most people like it when kids are around. It’s funny to find yourself talking ‘kids-talk’ in the office where usually only serious, grown-up conversations are.

The concert yesterday-night (St Matthew Passion by J.S. Bach) was good. The music is (as everybody knows) dramatically beautiful, the performance was… well, not the best we ever heard. But we had our first night out together since a long time!

BTW, as Mira pointed out, it is a little bit sad that the Matthew Passion stops at the point where Jesus is dead. This is only half of the story – He rose from the grave after 3 days. I’d say that is a happy end for a piece of music like this! (But, as my mom then pointed out: there is also a Easter cantata by Bach, so it’s a matter of twice the fun (musically speaking))
