Today I have been preparing for the new project tomorrow. Still lots of reading, and I bet that will continue for a while.

The weekend was okay. Saturday I looked after the kids, Mira was helping a friend in her new house to do some painting. Sunday morning we went to church and then visited friends in Amstelveen. Relaxing time in the backyard, Rosa was happily driving around on a toy-car. Later at home I enjoyed the fact that we can sit in our own backyard, look out over the water and the park and have the kids play around in the sandpit and feeding the duckies in the water… this place is a true blessing!

I visited one of our remarkable friends Sunday-night. He is well over 65 and travelling to Asia twice a year, as a sort of missionary. He is leaving next Thursday for Nepal again for 8 weeks, to visit people he knows and people he doesn’t know yet. Through his travels a lot of people have become Christian over there! He is also going to prepare a project to print and distribute so-called gospelcomics in the Nepali language.
