Well, this was it, my first week at Agape. It has been quite relaxed, and completely different from what I was used… I have spent my time mostly on getting a pc working in the office, talking to different people and making appointments with others. Today I was at the ‘White House’, one of Agape’s locations where currently the HQ-school is running. I met with the manager of the place as well as with the school leaders, who I knew from the Kandern conference back in November. It was a good visit that gave me a good view on what’s going on there.
The head office is a fantastic place in the forest of Doorn. It is a beautiful old villa, where early morning rabbits, squirels and even deer can be spotted in the garden. And guess what, it seems it will be the first place I have my own office room! Not yet since the place is currently occupied by an intern, but very soon I will be able to put pictures of Mira and the kids on my own desk and leave them there without anybody removing them!
This week I have been starting late, so not too much traffic jams. And yes, the car (remember, the first of our own) is doing fine…
