Had an extensive talk today with Hans Pruis in his backyard. Since January he is again part of the leadership of Agape Netherlands, but he is also Director of Agape Belgium, interim leader in Germany and leader/coach for the Baltics… heavy! We need him right now, but he will return to Europe as soon as possible. We had a good time together, the weather was fantastic so it was one of those occasions to ‘combine the good and the useful’ as we say in Dutch.
We also concluded that one of my favourite quotes is really true: “In a knowledge environment, talk is real work” (by Davenport and Prusak in ‘Working Knowledge’)
