Started the Agape Leadership Training yesterday night. It is the formal internal staff training, but it is open to everybody. I am participant in Gerrit Kwantes’ class in Amsterdam. He is the one that started the whole thing of us working with Agape almost 3 years ago, so it is fun to do this together with him. There are a couple of other Agape colleagues, but most people are from outside. The training material that was handed out consists of 4 large ordners and 3 books, so if there would be reason to doubt the added value of the training, it is definitely not the lack of content…
